Services provided in this contract can include traditional design services such as Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration. Additionally, we offer customized services such as assistance with Land Acquisition, Occupancy Changes, and Development Opportunity Analysis. We work directly with you to help build your vision and see it come to life.

You may have the architecture of your space in place, or are starting fresh — we can help to finesse the interior of your home or commercial project. Services available include, but are not limited to: Finish, fixture and furniture selection, compiled and prepared for you or your team to purchase. We have procurement options and partnerships, many locally, available upon request.

RALLYMADE recognizes that every project is unique, and we tailor our approach accordingly. When a full-service design contract is not required, we are happy to offer design consultation services for those who may have many ideas around design goals for their project but are unsure of the next steps. We tap into the right expertise when needed to provide a concise vision in the form of a design package that the client will be able to take to a contractor for pricing, or plan finances for a future phased approach.
